- Preferably a graduate of any four-year course
- With at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience and knowledge in warehouse operations is an advantage
- Must be a good communicator, computer literate, and honest
- A team player with strong leadership skills and willingness to manage a team
- Preferably residing near Tacloban
