Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle maintenance servicing according to Isuzu Dealer Service Standard (IDSS) and specifications.
- Upon completion of repair, evaluate the customer's vehicle to validate quality of services rendered, identify additional services required by the vehicle and recommend findings as suggested repair to the customer.
- Coordinates with Leadman in case of additional work or delay in completion time.
- Assist Service Advisor (Warranty) in conducting parts and failure analysis on customer complaint cases as required in submission of claims against vehicle warranty.
- Attend training programs offered by IPC and inhouse.
- Utilize the Global Isuzu Diagnostic Service System (GIDSS)
- Conduct 5S activity in the area of the workplace.
- Generate Health Report in every unit to be serviced
- Attend relevant training programs offered by IPC
- Ensure the validity status of National Certificate
- Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
