- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Excellent customer service skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant during their shift including food preparation, inventory, and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate and supervise shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards
- Directing and supervising staff, including assigning tasks, ensuring proper workflow
- Manage the work schedules of our restaurant's staff
- Keeping records of shift activities, including sales data, inventory, and any incidents or accidents that occur
- Ensure that daily sales goals are met
- Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
- Supervising food preparation and delivery to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform administrative duties including required reports
