Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and results-driven Shift Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee the maintenance of electrical systems and automation equipment in a manufacturing or feed milling environment. The ideal candidate is a licensed Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical equipment and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead electrical maintenance activities during the shift.
- Inspect major machinery and electrical systems regularly to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform and oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical systems, including motors, control panels, and automation components.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of automation systems such as VFDs, SCADA, and related technologies.
- Coordinate and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Monitor and manage inventory of electrical spare parts, tools, and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be a PRC-licensed Electrical Engineer.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance supervision in a manufacturing, industrial, or feed milling environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with automation systems (e.g., VFDs, SCADA, PLCs).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiar with safety and compliance standards related to electrical systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of maintenance software is an advantage.
