We are seeking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager for our Seattle's Best Coffee shop located in Tanza Cavite.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for coffee and hospitality, and a proven track record in restaurant management.

Qualifications:
- Education: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years as a Shift Manager or as a Hospitality Manager in a Coffee Shop is required.
Skills:
- Must be available to work flexible shifts – Days – Evenings – Overnights – Weekends – Holidays
- Have the ability to work in a fast pace environment while providing excellent customer service.
- Possess a good understanding of labor costs and food costs.
- Have the ability to train, motivate and lead a team.
- Must have excellent leadership, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
