We're Hiring: Shopify Orders & Logistics Manager (Solar Energy Company)

Join a fast-growing solar energy company making a difference! We’re looking for a Shopify Orders & Logistics Manager to take charge of our e-commerce operations, customer orders, logistics, and support. If you're tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders through Shopify
- Coordinate shipping, logistics, and stock ordering
- Create and send invoices and quotes using Xero
- Learn and stay up to date with technical solar and battery products
- Provide excellent customer service via email, inbound, and outbound calls
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and follow-ups
- Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and timely
Requirements
- Proven experience with Shopify order management
- Familiarity with Xero for invoicing and quoting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent English and communication skills (spoken & written)
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software/tools
- Background in solar energy or technical products is a bonus
