Position Objectives
- Contribute to the achievement of project goals by providing human resources and administrative support services to assigned project site.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with relevant laws and client specifications.
Recruitment
· Receive Manpower Request Form from Project Manager and submit to HR Manager for approval
· Collect and organize pre-employment documents from new hires.
· Assist employees in completing forms and other employment documents.
· Process Employment Contracts for new employees, file duplicate copies and submit to Head Office.
Timekeeping
· Check and validate attendance data of workers and staff (biometrics records, leave application forms, overtime requests). Submit to Head Office before payroll cut-off date.
· Payroll cutoff prepation. (Submit DTR, Overtime, Forms (Leave, Official business) and tallysheet to HR Department.
Compensation and Benefits Administration
· Issue application forms and assist employees in completing applications for SSS, Philhealth and HDMF benefits.
· Submit forms and requirements to Compensation and Benefits Associate for processing. Provide status updates to employees.
· Distribute pay slips to project site employees.
· Receive and record payroll disputes. Analyze issues, explain salary computations to employees. Forward the case to HR and Administration Manager for resolution. Provide status updates to employees.
Labor Relations
· Prepare and issue Notices to Explain and other disciplinary memos.
· Issue End of Contract Notices to fixed term and project employees.
Others
· Manage petty cash issuance and liquidation; Request for replenishment from Accounting office; File and submit receipts
· Process payments for utilities, water and food. Check, file and submit invoices and receipts to Accounting Department.

Pay: Php17,500.00 - Php18,500.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
