- Candidate must be a Graduate of BS Architecture.
- At least 3 or more years of work experience in the Construction Industry.
- Experience in actual field operations, and on vertical and horizontal construction.
- Knowledgeable in Contract Administration and Implementation.
- Familiar with Project Planning, Monitoring and Control.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications and AutoCAD.
- Should be an active English Communicator both verbal and written.
- Preferably a resident of Cebu City.
