Qualification:
- Graduate of BS Architecture
- Licensed Architect
- 3 to 5 years experience with malls, mid-rise to high-rise buildings, or offices
- Experienced in handling full project phases for mid-rise to high-rise buildings
- Willing to work in or live in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available to start immediately
Scope of work:
- Helps oversee the entire project
- Makes sure the project is done well and on time
- Manages one project at a time
- Ensures construction follows the designs and plans
- Checks project progress regularly
- Reviews designs before, during, and after construction
- Coordinates with team, contractors, and other departments
- Assigns tasks fairly to team members
- Keeps reports and meeting notes accurate and updated
- Deals with project issues based on priority
- Reviews team reports on project status and deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
