Job Objectives
The Site Planner and Scheduler will develop, monitor, and manage construction schedules to ensure timely project execution. The role will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all project milestones are met while optimizing resources and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling in construction projects, preferably in a Solar power plant.
- Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
- Familiar with construction methodologies, project lifecycle, and productivity analysis.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
- Willing to accept a Project-based status.
