Responsibilities & Requirements
1、Assist the Site Manager in the daily management and supervision of civil and installation works of the solar power plant;
2、Organize and coordinate construction teams according to the construction plan, ensuring safety, quality, and progress requirements are met;
3、Follow up on construction surveying, setting-out, workflow arrangements, and inspections, and promptly report site issues;
4、Supervise workers’ safe operations and check the implementation of safety protection measures;
5、Assist in quantity statistics, construction logs, and the preparation and submission of related documents;
6、Maintain good communication with the general contractor and supervising engineers to ensure construction complies with standards and specifications.
