Job Summary:
A SOC Enrollment Analyst is responsible for onboarding new clients, users, and systems into the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring proper integration with security tools and compliance with organizational policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the enrollment and onboarding of clients, systems, and users into SOC services.
- Ensure security tools and monitoring systems are properly configured for new enrollments.
- Maintain access control and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Document and track enrollment requests, configurations, and security approvals.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues related to SOC services.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to optimize enrollment processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years in IT security, SOC operations, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and SOC operations.
- Experience with security tools (SIEM, firewalls, endpoint security, etc.).
- Familiarity with user access management and security compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
