Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Management Intern to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about digital storytelling, building brand presence, and engaging online communities, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll assist in planning, executing, and analyzing content strategies across social platforms to enhance our digital footprint and boost audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Support community management by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally
- Help track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and website traffic
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to align messaging across campaigns
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations
- Stay updated on social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging digital trends
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field
- Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut is a plus
- Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or Google Analytics is an advantage
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment
