Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage our community. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, trends, and analytics and can translate insights into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and produce engaging, on-brand content (copy, images, videos, stories, reels)
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and community
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, customer service, PR) to align messaging and goals
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets when applicable
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and user-generated content
- Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency with design and analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field pr
