Job Overview:
The Social Media & Website Manager will oversee all digital marketing and online presence for Sister Company and Staffing Expert. This role requires a strong background in design, luxury, or furniture sectors, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, event promotion, and website management. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and experienced in handling multiple social media platforms, ensuring Company’s brand is consistently represented across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Write and publish one blog article per week.
- Conduct technical SEO tasks, including acquiring 50 backlinks per month.
2. SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
- Manage a monthly SEM budget of 2.5K.
3. Social Media Management (Royal Interiors + Staffing Expert)
- Create and schedule 3 posts per week on Instagram.
- Post 5 Instagram stories per week.
- Post 2 TikTok videos per week.
- Manage 2 posts per week on Xiao Hong Shu (Little Red Book).
- Create 1 post per week on LinkedIn, including reposting relevant content.
- Conduct 7-10 LinkedIn outreach activities per week.
- Manage LinkedIn account with 15-20 interactions per week.
4. Promotion/Events Management
- Organize 1 promotion per month.
- Host 4-5 meetings with interior designers, corporates, and hotels per month.
5. POS & Asset Management
- Oversee inventory management and product updates.
- Ensure consistent product presentation and online availability.
6. Website & POS Management
- Manage and update content on the company website.
- Ensure the website reflects the latest product information, promotions, and events.
7. Marketing Depository Management
- Maintain a marketing depository with brand logos and visual assets.
- Ensure all visuals are up-to-date and accessible for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in social media management and digital marketing, particularly in the design, luxury, or furniture space.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
- Experience in managing multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu).
- Proven ability to create engaging content and drive brand awareness through digital channels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in marketing and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
