Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and answering questions throughout the solar and storage installation process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all necessary documentation and information are collected and shared with operations teams.
- Monitor account progress through various stages (e.g., permitting, financing, installation) and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to build trust and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, permitting, and installation) to streamline workflows and keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account statuses in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates to sales and operations teams on account progress and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Experience in solar sales or operations is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to problem-solve and address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
