Auro Chocolate is seeking a dedicated and passionate Sorter to join our team. As a Production Helper, you will play a vital role in crafting our exquisite chocolates, from bean to bar.
Responsibilities:
- Moulding and Demoulding:
- Accurately place tempered chocolate into molds.
- Carefully demold chocolates after chilling.
- Packaging:
- Package demolded and inspected chocolates in designated packaging.
- Ensure proper labeling and sealing of packages.
- Cleaning:
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
- Clean molds, production tools, tables, and work areas.
- Assist Production Operators:
- Support production operators in their tasks as needed.
- Follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Quality Control:
- Visually inspect chocolates for defects and quality standards.
- Report any quality issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in food production is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for chocolate and a commitment to quality.
