The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Monitoring the daily attendance of SOC personnel and coordinate with manpower agencies attendance accuracy or concerns
- Answers queries, schedules meetings and supports visitors
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably with prior experience in the Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics field under an Inventory Management and Admin Assistant position
- Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
- Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna
