The Role

We are looking for a Sourcer to support our growing recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent across various roles. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and passionate about talent sourcing. The ideal candidate has experience using sourcing tools and platforms, conducting initial outreach, and building strong candidate pipelines to support recruiters and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and other platforms.
- Assist in creating targeted sourcing strategies aligned with ongoing hiring campaigns.
- Screen CVs and resumes to assess basic qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Reach out to candidates via email, call, or text to gather additional information or clarify application details.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure quality leads are submitted.
- Maintain and regularly update sourcing trackers and applicant databases.
- Assist with job posting, campaign optimization, and employer branding efforts in coordination with the marketing team.
- Provide sourcing insights and weekly progress reports to the recruitment team.
- Support candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
- Attend Calibrations
- Meet KPI’s given by operations
- Can perform other tasks given by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in recruitment sourcing, admin support, or candidate coordination is a plus.
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates via email, phone, or text for clarifications.
- Skilled in resume/CV screening and basic qualification assessment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team-oriented, with a proactive and service-driven approach to recruitment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
