We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sourcing and Procurement Manager to manage and optimize our sourcing activities for construction materials, machinery, and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our centralized sourcing database, developing strategic sourcing plans, identifying and onboarding reliable local and international suppliers, and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams through WeChat to align sourcing strategies with business objectives, manage procurement costs through data-driven insights, streamline sourcing procedures, and mitigate supply chain risks. A key part of the role involves maintaining supplier relationships, tracking performance through KPIs, and driving continuous improvements.
The candidate must be skilled in preparing RFPs, managing contract documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards, and staying up-to-date with market trends and innovations in the construction sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a must.
- Must hold a valid Chinese visa.
