Job Title: Sourcing Specialist
- Arrangement: Remote
- Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM / 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
- Note: Training will be conducted onsite at our office in McKinley West, Taguig City, with a transition to remote work after 2–4 weeks. We are hiring two (2) individuals for this role. Successful candidates will be assigned to either the Legal Search or Executive Search team, based on fit and team needs.
Job Description:
The candidate will act as a Sourcer for our Executive Search or Legal team. This role is focused on conducting initial outreach and qualifying potential candidates for high-level roles with the opportunity to grow into a Recruiter position based on performance and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to a provided list of potential candidates, using supplied phone numbers.
- Conduct brief, engaging initial conversations (max. 10 minutes) with candidates to gauge interest and set up a follow-up call with a Delivery Manager.
- Schedule follow-up meetings between interested candidates and the Delivery Manager.
- Participate in role plays and training sessions with the Delivery team prior to making calls.
- Follow the provided call scripts for each search assignment.
- Update CRM with call outcomes and notes, whether or not the candidate proceeds to the next stage.
- Submit daily reports on calling activity and progress to the team lead (template/reporting format will be provided).
KPIs:
- Candidate Outreach: Minimum of 40 candidate phone screens per week.
- Conversion Rate: At least a 50% conversion rate of phone screens to scheduled and completed meetings with the Delivery Manager.
- Note: A call is only counted if the candidate both schedules and attends the meeting.
- Training & Certification: Minimum of 2 role-play sessions per day until the candidate is certified by the team leader to begin live outreach.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills; must be articulate, confident, and professional.
- Experience engaging with senior-level professionals is a plus.
- Minimal or neutral accent preferred for ease of communication.
- Energetic, engaging, and resilient—comfortable with high-volume calling.
- Experience in sourcing, cold calling, recruiting, or telesales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms is preferred.
- Open to learning, feedback, and continuous development.
