We're Hiring: Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls from patients, caregivers, and transport providers
- Schedule and confirm non-emergency medical transportation appointments
- Accurately record trip details and patient information
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered service—especially for seniors and individuals with special needs
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills: clear speaking voice, active listening, and empathy
- Willing to work night shift
