Requirements:
- Open for Filipino who can speak, read and write Spanish language
- Open for Graduates and Undergraduates in College (At Least 2 yrs.)
- Knowledge in Microsoft server, workstation and network technologies is a plus
- With 2-3 years of IT Service Desk Or Technical Support experience
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern
- Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools
- Assist inquiries such as troubleshooting through call or email
- Investigate and resolve problems in the company’s systems and services
- Participate in managing the development of internal support services.
