As a Spring Production Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the production processes related to spring manufacturing within the company. This role involves coordinating and leading a team of production workers to ensure efficient and high-quality production of springs mainly used in our Foam Mattresses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the production manager in overseeing and managing the overall department processes.
- Responsible for receiving job orders from SAP and creates production schedules based on the set delivery lead time/delivery dates.
- Assist production manager in training, supervising, mentoring and evaluating the performance of assigned employees.
- Implement the set plans and strategies to ensure monthly efficiency quota are met by all production sections.
- Performs SAP transaction Order Confirmation and Goods Issue.
- Report any raw material, manpower, and equipment nonconformance issues.
- Ensure that the final products meets the required quality standards and customer specification.
- Coordinates with the General Services Supervisor in maintaining the equipment and machineries working condition.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Business course
- At least 2 years experience in related field.
