Job Summary:
Responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients and for ensuring the attainment of MyHealth’s goals and targets in the most effective and efficient manner.
Job Description
1. Maintains accurate patient records, updates patient profiles and ensures confidentiality of files and information.
2. Conducts patient history interview and takes vital signs on each patient.
3. Provides nursing care for patients in the clinic and performs comprehensive nursing skills.
4. Assesses and acts on patients’ conditions and makes appropriate and timely decisions to address patient concerns.
5. Ensures medicines are administered and given according to Physician’s instructions.
6. Provides support by keeping patients informed of their status and by giving health education and advices.
7. Uses all safeguards and safety devices furnished for workers' protection and that of others.
8. Complies with instructions to prevent accidents or imminent danger situations in the workplace.
9. Reports to immediate supervisor or any other responsible safety and health personnel any work hazard that may be discovered in the workplace.
10. Participates in vaccination, mobile services and other company activities and engagement needing professional nurses.
11. Accomplishes departmental goals by performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Work Experience & Duration of Requirements
● At least 1 year experience in the same capacity, preferably gained from the same industry.
