Qualifications
- High School (Old Curriculum)/SHS Graduate/College Level /College Grad or Under Grad
- With or without BPO experience (we provide training!)
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work on-site in SM Clark, Pampanga
- Amenable to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and patience, ensuring a positive experience.
Offer solutions and process orders, returns, or other service-related tasks based on customer needs.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Work within a virtual team environment, collaborating with colleagues to meet service goals.
Learn and apply product and service knowledge through the training and resources provided.
