Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing product and service information, resolving concerns with accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a voice and non-voice, back-office role ideal for detail-oriented individuals with basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Log all interactions and update customer information accurately
- Forward unresolved or complex concerns to the appropriate department
- Uphold a courteous, professional, and empathetic tone in all communications
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Must be open to working onsite and flexible with rotating shifts
- Must be a college graduate
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Shifting work hours, including weekends and holidays depending on operational needs
