Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire service station, which includes the Forecourt area and Service Bay area. Ensures authority over subordinates and serves as the team leader for the whole service station.
- Checking of Reports before submission
- Monitoring of Attendance of Staff, as well as scheduling based on budget.
- Ordering of Fuel and preparation of PO.
- Receiving of Fuel Deliveries
- Oversees and is accountable for all the assets of the whole service station.
- Handles customer complaints and immediate reporting to superior.
- Review CSRs logbook and report all incidents at the service station to superior.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer complaints and problems.
- Coordinates sales effort with operations, accounting, logistics and maintenance group.
Qualifications:
- Must Have a bachelor's degree in any business courses.
- With at least 1 - 2 years’ work Experience in sales and Marketing
- With strong sense of leadership and good management skills, preferably with experience in retail station Management
- Willing to work in 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM schedule.
- With Recruitment Skills.
- Knowledgeable in excel, power point and word.
- With Integrity
- Willing to be assigned in Brgy Aya Talisay Batangas
