Minimum Qualifications:
- With a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least leadership experience from school (SSG, Brgy, Affiliation Officer) or work (Team Leader for 3-6 months)
Job Description:
- Assists the Store Manager in handling assigned departments
- Performs Treasury functions and other related tasks
- Ensures internal compliance to protect the ACE brand
- Ensures selling personnel are familiar with stocks, their indications, and locations
- Orients SUC and Sales Demo on ACE SOPs and merchandise display methods
- Assumes responsibility as Store Supervisor and implements the S.A.L.E.S process
- Willing to be assigned at SM CITY MARILAO
