Job Description
Handles various tasks related to preparation and service. Assist in cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils. Collaborates with the team to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all customers.
- Daily monitoring of stocks and products for replenishment.
- Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of selling area, at all times
- Maintaining proper product display
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and efficiency
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
- Ensure proper shelving, organization, and display of merchandise.
- Monitor and report on stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Will handle POS/Cashiering
