Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing.
- Lead and manage staff hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Deliver excellent customer service and product recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with age restrictions and vape regulations.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking.
- Manage sales reporting, cash handling, and POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Support marketing efforts and in-store promotions.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
