Qualifications:
- Bachelor's College Degree in Hospitality Management /Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in retail management or supervisory role.
- Barista with Cashiering POS experience is advantage.
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering systems.
- With NCII Certificate for Barista is a plus but not required.
- With Store Manager/Team Leader work experience is required from the same industry Beverage Company such as Starbucks, Coco, Gongcha, Tiger Sugar, Infinetea or any leading Coffee Shops or Milk tea Shops.
- Wiling to field work. (Roving)
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficient processes.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory.
- Ensure store equipment is properly maintained.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all staff members are properly trained in customer interaction.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Promote customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
Staff Management:
- Hire, train, and onboard new employees.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve store objectives and sales targets.
Sales and Financial Management:
- Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
- Handle cash management, including cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and processing transactions.
- Develop strategies to increase store revenue and profitability.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control, including stock ordering, receiving, and organizing.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Minimize shrinkage and loss prevention.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Implement store-level marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure all in-store promotions and advertisements are displayed correctly.
- Ensure compliance with company visual merchandising standards.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform regular safety checks and risk assessments.
Reporting:
- Prepare reports for upper management, including sales, customer feedback, and employee performance.
- Track performance metrics and analyze them to make data-driven decisions.
