- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
- Sourcing, hiring, training, and managing subordinates.
- Preparing weekly and monthly detailed reports.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a retail apparel environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and customer service oriented
- Can work with minimal supervision
