Join our passionate and dedicated team at Dans as a Store Sales Associate in our Metro Manila location. In this full-time role, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect running shoes and accessories to suit their needs.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our outdoor products
- Providing knowledgeable advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintaining a neat, tidy and well-stocked store environment
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Continuously expanding your product knowledge to better serve our customers
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
- Previous customer service or retail experience, preferably in the running or outdoor equipment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about running shoes and accessory offerings
- A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and committed to contributing to the success of the business
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Willing to assign in any branches of Dans Store
