- A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or restaurant management or any related field.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures, as well as restaurant management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and resolving issues.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Overseeing staff performance, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitoring food preparation, presentation, and service to maintain high standards. Contributing to menu development and ensuring food offerings meet customer preferences.
- Working with the restaurant manager and other staff to improve overall restaurant performance.
- Overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Ensuring the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Managing cash transactions, preparing reports, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
