Store Supervisor, Oversees daily operations of the food kiosk to ensure efficiency and profitability. Ensures all staff adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Provides hands-on supervision in food preparation, service, and cashiering. Maintains high customer service standards. Monitors inventory levels and ensures stock availability. Handles minor repairs or reports equipment malfunctions. Trains, motivates, and evaluates store crew performance. Implements marketing or sales strategies from management. Ensures compliance with brand guidelines and company SOPs. Prepares and submits sales reports and store performance updates.
Job Qualifications:
* Willing to conduct 1- month training at Metro Manila (NCR).
* At least 2 years of experience in food retail or similar supervisory role.
* Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course (Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred). * * Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Knowledge in food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of inventory and sales reporting.
* Customer-service oriented and problem-solving mindset.
* Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
* Familiar with POS systems and basic computer applications.
* Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
