Male or Female, college graduate preferably BS Hotel Restaurant Management or Business Administration, at least 2-3 years experience as supervisor or on same position, strong leadership skills, proficient in MS Office & POS
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute operations including food and beverage promotions, customer service and inventories.
- Monitor the performance of staffs.
- Supervision duties such as delegating responsibilities, scheduling, coaching and correcting, evaluating, interviewing, training and mentoring of staffs.
