Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:Supervising, motivating, and training employees, creating schedules, and providing performance feedback.
- Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels, ordering new products, and ensuring proper storage and display of merchandise.
- Customer Service:Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations:Maintaining cleanliness and organization, implementing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Sales and Performance:Meeting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Security:Ensuring store security, implementing loss prevention measures, and handling cash transactions.
- Reporting:Preparing reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Problem Solving:Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise in the store, including customer complaints and employee conflicts.
