Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer service management
- Category building:
- Accountable for category sales achievement
- Ensure 100% customer service level
- Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemente
- Safety and sanitation of the category
- Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
- Bad order management
- Timely and accurate execution of all promotion
- Ensures that shelf tags are updated
- Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
- Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration. With atleast 2 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
