We’re looking for a hands-on Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, lead the team, and help grow the business. This is a key leadership role in our growing indoor playground and café for families.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations at the playground and café
- Lead and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Handle staff schedules and inventory
- Coordinate with owner on goals, sales, and improvements
- Manage events and party bookings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
