Strategic B2B Partnership Coordinator

About the Role
DFW Community Medical Group is actively expanding its primary care and virtual care services by partnering with organizations across the healthcare ecosystem. We’re seeking a proactive, articulate, and highly organized B2B Partnership Coordinator to lead the development and management of strategic relationships with brick-and-mortar clinics, specialty providers, employer groups, and our telemedicine platforms.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for organizations interested in collaborating with us and will oversee their journey from initial interest to full integration. You’ll play a vital part in growing our virtual care network and strengthening referral pipelines across Texas and nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Evaluation & Vetting
- Monitor and manage inbound partnership inquiries from clinics and healthcare organizations.
- Qualify leads based on clinical alignment, growth potential, and operational fit.
- Research and identify new partnership opportunities with brick-and-mortar clinics, specialists, and regional healthcare providers.
Outreach & Relationship Development
- Respond to partnership inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and lead introductory calls and partnership presentations.
- Present DFW’s clinical services, telehealth platform, and collaborative care model tailored to each partner type. Contracting & Onboarding
- Draft and negotiate partnership agreements with input from legal and executive teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional onboarding, including credentialing, platform training, and workflow alignment.
- Ensure smooth implementation and operational readiness for new partners.
Ongoing Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for active partners.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
- Support clinical operations and marketing teams in joint initiatives or shared patient outreach.
Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all partner communications, contract status, and pipeline stages using a CRM.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to the leadership team on partnership performance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php64,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
