Title: Student Account Specialist Role (Accounts Receivable Experience)
Setup: Onsite here in Ortigas, Pasig

We are looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and persistent Accounts Receivable Support professional to help ensure our students remain on track with their tuition commitments while feeling supported every step of the way.
About the Role
As Accounts Receivable Support, you will serve as the frontline contact for students who have missed a payment or fallen behind on their agreed-upon payment plans. This role blends soft collections, reporting, and CRM operations, primarily through text-based outreach and campaign execution.
You will work within Salesforce to view and manage reports on overdue balances, segment students based on their enrollment stage, and execute targeted communication campaigns designed to keep students engaged and accountable. Occasional phone calls may be required for unresponsive students or escalated situations.
This position is critical to both student success and the overall revenue operations. You will also contribute to improving strategy, analyzing performance trends, and suggesting workflow or messaging improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor overdue balances and student payment status in Salesforce
- Execute and refine text campaigns for delinquent students based on lifecycle stage and program term
- Identify payment obstacles and recommend customized solutions such as adjusted frequency or amount
- Respond to student inquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Admissions and Operations teams to ensure accurate records and appropriate follow-through
- Track daily KPIs such as overdue resolution rate, response rate, and days outstanding
- Provide input on reporting, dashboards, and campaign effectiveness
Who You Are
- Two to three years of experience in customer service, collections, or student account management
- Background in education, vocational training, or student financial services is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a scripted and conversational approach to text outreach
- Tech-savvy with experience in Salesforce or other CRMs
- Data- and process-oriented, with a strong preference for checklists, dashboards, and structured follow-up
- Empathetic yet firm, capable of motivating students while holding them accountable
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, student-first environment

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
