Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent - Reward, Benefits & Global Mobility to join our team in Makati City, Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of our organization's reward strategies, benefits programs, and global mobility initiatives.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of global mobility programs for expatriate employees
- Manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-performance standards
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
- Oversee the administration of executive compensation programs and long-term incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax and labor laws related to compensation and benefits
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers
- Present complex compensation and benefits information to various stakeholders, including senior management and board members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reward and mobility programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rewards, benefits, and global mobility, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies, including executive compensation and long-term incentive plans
- Expertise in global mobility programs and expatriate management practices
- In-depth understanding of global compensation and benefits trends
- Knowledge of international tax and labor laws related to compensation and benefits
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing and leading high-performing teams
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Global Remuneration Professional) are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
