Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as a support staff to supermarket operational tasks by checking if approve standard processes and policies required by supermarket inventory related Systems Applications and Products (SAP) is being strictly followed.
- Keep track for all noted deviations/omissions in any approved system transaction code/process and analyze its effect to the system as a whole.
- Closely monitor accurate implementation of all store transactions and RDU processes. Also, to keep track all stock movements within the inventory system.
- Validate and monitor if all saved stock movements within the system yielded its expected effect and recommend required system adjustment, if needed.
- Do inventory system related task that maybe required from time to time, such as actual observation of process application and physical counting of stocks if it is deemed necessary.
- Administratively reports to Store Manager and technically reporting to Area Operations Manager.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Must be amenable to work in Head Office-Ermita Manila
- Can start to work immediately.
- Mus be willing to start for entry level employment
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- SAP Supply Chain Management: 1 year (Preferred)
