• Lead Last Mile end-to-end processes, ensuring efficient parcel handling and delivery. • Manage hub operations including service compliance, fair allocation, and balancing management. • Oversee timekeeping, deployment, and depletion of resources to maintain operational effectiveness. • Conduct daily GEMBA walks to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. • Supervise and support hub staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and processes. • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance. • Collaborate with Hub Supervisor to optimize operational programs and expand service coverage. • Standardize and simplify hub processes to improve compliance, efficiency, and service quality. • Implement and monitor tactical plans for resource allocation based on fluctuating volumes. • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track service, productivity, efficiency, and costs. • Update the Daily Dashboard and conduct briefings to communicate performance trends and gather feedback. • Execute Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and ensure readiness for emergency situations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. 5 years or more of experience in a supervisory role within a logistics, warehousing, or customer service environment. 3. Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence. 4. Solid understanding of logistics processes and inventory management systems. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. 6. Effective problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address operational challenges. 7. Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices in the Manila area.
