Supply and Material Planner (Manufacturing Sector)

Job Responsibilities:

• Production planning management of raw materials, packaging materials and import to stocks trading products
• Generate data from previous month, actual sales, and inventory backorders
• Initiate and lead planning team in meeting of both Trading and Local produce products
• Input the sales/demand planning in report after monthly meeting
• Analyze raw material and packaging stocks for locally produce items at economic optimum based on historic and expected future consumption, including definition of stock levels, reorder points and safety stock levels
• Apply special management of import to stock (ITS) trading products to meet demand and minimize stock level
• Manage material planning activities through forecast consolidation
• Manage the purchasing cycle by generating purchase requisitions for Direct and Import to Stocks Items
• In charge of daily operational planning needs by ensuring stocks and material availability for local production items
• Maintain accurate Supply Planning & Control parameters per ERP system i.e. SAP BYD
• Comply with necessary ISO procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or any four (4) year business related course
• At least four (4) years experience in Supply Planning, from a manufacturing company; experience working in a multinational company is an advantage
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Computer literate, with experience in ERP systems
• Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php90,000.00 per month
