The Technology Order Fulfillment Supply Chain Planning team is looking for a dynamic and organized planner to optimize supply for production and new product introduction. This role involves collaborating with operations, engineering, R&D, users, and global corporate management teams to develop and implement supply chain plans and strategies.

Responsibilities
- Plan reviews and supply balancing: Regularly review supply chain plans and balance materials to ensure supply readiness.
- Supply and Demand management: Communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- New part setups: Coordinate and conduct new part setups to ensure smooth integration into the supply chain.
- Operational direction: Guide operational teams to execute supply chain plans.
- Information analysis: Gather and analyze supply chain data to make informed decisions.
- Continuous improvement: Develop and implement ideas for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
- New part setups: Coordinate and conduct new part setups to ensure smooth integration into the supply chain.
Qualifications

- Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred with relevant experience.
- Ability to manage and create innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong business sense with a clear understanding of supply chain and planning fundamentals.
- Proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
- Must be onsite in Santa Rosa 5 Days A Week
- Exceptionally strong communication and teamwork skills.
- MS Office suite of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Advance MS-Excel skill preferred.
- Experience with MS-Copilot, Oracle ERP, Kinaxis Rapid Response and web-based tools/systems.
- Manufacturing knowledge of Bills of Material (BOM) and planning for new products.
