About the role

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Specialist to join the dynamic team at Spring Sisters', a leading business outsourcing company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the seamless flow of materials and goods.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to inventory management and distribution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, and ensure timely delivery of products
• Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to secure the best terms and pricing
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels
• Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-savings, and sustainability
• Order management - develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our supply chain operations

What we're looking for

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, procurement, logistics planning, order management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in the manufacturing and logistics sectors
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Expected to perform duties according to the US time zone hours.
• Maintains a confident and approachable attitude in client engagement.
