Job Summary:
We are looking for a Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Track issues using a ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while providing updates to users.
- Assist with system updates, user onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely support.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, Business, or other related courses.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various software platforms and client environments.
