DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Proper Documentation of reports for APE on sites if needed only
2. Verifies DTR of Regular employees (LIHCI) onsite to onsite coordinators
3. Verifies DTR of Drivers to the General Manager
4. Prepares over time summary of drivers, regular employees onsite
5. Prepares labels/ signages needed onsite
6. Printing of APE slips and collating
7. Prepares request for payment of Relievers and Doctors
8. Attends meeting with Marketing Associate
9. Markets the company along with the Marketing Associate
10. Performs marketing tasks online and in-person to secure prospective clients
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. EDUCATION: Preferably a Marketing related course or any 4 year related course.
2. SKILLS & TRAININGS:
- Must be computer literate (word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Must be keen to details
- Has initiative and time management
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably has an experience doing admin works or clerical jobs
- Has strong determination and a well-organize person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
